Need opinions on my next build

Most of the stuff you already have seems pretty good, and you've got a decent budget, so here's what I would recommend:
- Upgrading the ram to DDR4
- Upgrading the CPU to either a newer Intel one, or a Ryzen (I have the Ryzen 5 1600 and I love it!)
- Upgrading the GPU to a 1060 or 1070 (I think 1080 is a bit overkill, unless you wanna play Star Citizen)
- If you play esporty games (e.g. CSGO, Overwatch) I would recommend getting a 144hz monitor, which is almost like cheating because they're OP

I have the latter (running a laptop) and It chews just about anything your throw at It. I'm also quite happy with the benchmark:
