Need a little help, Music noise interference 11-23-2017, 07:52 PM

Okay so I have a Toshiba Satelite Harman/Kardon with Windows 7 i don't use because when I try to output audio through AUX it gives a high pitched wining noise unless I plug and aux cable in and don't plug anything else in it. Is this hardware or some other isssue? Thanks in advance and the computer is for music has a custom home audio system that hooks up to it. (3000w)

What happens when you use another form of connectivity, such as HDMI?

Is it sort of a hum? It might be interference from a ground loop. In that case you need a audio isolation transformer.

Yes I have re-hooked it up, used different aux wires, My volume on my computer digitally is consistently rapidly jumping up and down about 1-3/100.

Has It functioned properly at any stage? Also, have you updated to the latest audio driver for your PC?

I do have another computer, and that's the thing is it only does it on the Toshiba not the HP, I honestly think it's ground loop and if it is how would I fix it?
