Please tell me the cryptor for spy note 6.4 or how to bypass the Android av for spy note.

I'm not aware of any APK crypters right now, but you could try obfuscators. If it's an APK people won't think to scan it on VirusTotal. People do usually scan executables on VirusTotal though. And what I mean by this is, obfuscators don't make the file FUD, but it does drop the detections down a lot. So lookup "APK Obfuscators" and see what you find.
