Need Group Userbar "The United"

Hey guys I need a UB for The United. It's an official group from CG which was given to me by Flashdrive the original owner of the group. I need a userbar for the group so me and Wonders can talk if he can make it an official group again. If someone can get this done he/she will have a permanent group invite aslong as he/she abides in the group rules.
It is still unknown if it's going to be official.
