And if any VPN provider says they don't keep logs, they're lying. That's all there is to it.

You're best bet is to get an offshore VPN provider.

More or less, yes. But that's only because Russia or Sweden doesn't usually give two shits about crime in the States.

And you fail to understand that VPN's have ISP's too. If the government gets a warrant to get the logs from the ISP, you're all SOL.

You really think you know how a VPN works, huh?

Have you never heard of the UK Date Retention laws or even the US for the most part? Data Retention Directive (2006/24/EC) specifically in Europe can seize all logs to VPN's. It's also been noted to be completely unconstitutional.
