Hi! i am going to start a service for YouTube Views / Subs / Likes 100%

Real, and i am making the site, i have created mySQL using my webhoster (co.nf)

i need to know how it works, here i got a pic.

Well what i need to know:

- Add 3 Values to my Database every time somebody registers (webpage similar to: http://galactictube.co.nf/login.html ) (need to know how to make the .php / .html document)

- Change value (Credits) in site (for buying / spending credits)
