Any opinions on this theme I'm designing for MyBB? I'm basing it off of the "typical hacker" screen.

I like the theming, but like Zabo said, if I want to spend some hours on the forum at night this would indeed hurt your eyes a lot. It's a little bit too bright, maybe add an option for a darker green colour instead of the lime colour.

I think this theme looks super good, but as said earlier, it's not made for long usage. It's really nice, just not "eye friendly"

It is nice because it is based of the hacker screen. But I wouldn't really use this as a theme for an actual forum.

Make the green lines a bit darker and change the default avatar to a dark one.

Even the member name In red has made a difference. Try the same with the Control Panel menu etc, by experimenting with different colors and shades.

Thanks for all the feedback, I did have it a darker green in a previous version but I had decided to make it lighter, so I'll most likely end up changing it back.

Well to be honest it hurts my eyes. I must agree with my friend @mothered , you need to create green color pallet containing different shades of green, and maybe instead of full black #00000 color, try using elegant dark grey.

I see what you were going for and you did a good job. However, there's a reason design trends have shifted aesthetically over time. The theme is definitely a bit rough on the eyes.
