Hello HC, welcome to another one of my tutorials.
It seemed as though quite a few were having trouble and getting ****ed off at old plugins not working for the new versions of MyBB.
Today, I'll show you how to get them to work.

Start off by downloading your plugin.
Go to the plugin folder and then the inc folder. Within, you will be able to find a .PHP file.
This is the file we'll be modifying.

Scroll down till you find something like this:

NOTE: The info will be different for you, obviously.

Now, in the .PHP file, modify the "compatibility"=>"14*" line to "compatibility"=>"16*"

NOTE: If the plugin you're using is for MyBB 1.2, then the compatibility will be "compatibility"=>"12*" for you.

Either way, just modify it to 16* and you'll be fine.

That's pretty much it.
Now just upload the plugin as you normally do and you'll be able to activate it in the Admin Control Panel.
