You should make a mobile version of the homepage.

Its a simple page, so it shouldnt be hard.

I just opened it again - It's looking better again after your adjustments according to the above comments.

Forgive me for not knowing (I'm sure you've answered this question in another thread), but what's the site's primary purpose?

Is it a portfolio of graphical work which can entice buyers or? For me, the purpose should really direct how you design the site.

He is mainly selling his custom Minecraft plugin writing service but is also trying to branch out as a freelance coder, or at least that is the feeling I got from digging through it.

Would say you are pretty right on the spot.
I use the site mainly for those purposes, but I also use it to test my side projects. It is also always nice to have a website you can show to people.

Another advantage with it is that I get more used to web development, and I am taking a class in that next year, so a larger head start is always nice.

One more thing, you should change the homepage font, get rid of the serif.

EDIT: Link the words "tell me what you think" in your sig to this thread.

I think it looks pretty decent, but I would personally have chosen another font such as 'Proxima Nova' or something similar.
There still are a couple of alignment and padding issues, though, (the content in the blue boxes ("My projects" and "Contact"), as well as the navigation bar at the top, but overall I think it looks pretty good.
I also think the text in the header is kind of hard to read. I think it would look a lot nicer and be easier to read if you darkened the background a bit and centered the text in the header.

Nice job so far though!

I think it's pretty nice looking. better than mine - https://0mac.neocities.org/ all the links are broken because I used to own "0mac.xyz" but I decided to stop paying for it and haven't changed the links back on the hyperlinks.

I think I might design a new one, as my skills have gotten better.
