Ever since I started being on forums, I always thought that making new threads that are relevant is better than posting all the time.
I do not know, but as you guys can tell I have been making a lot of threads and I am wondering if this is what others think?

Why be on a forum that you have 5,000 posts and 100 threads? Like I do not like that at all.

Good quality threads incites posting.

The more threads the more posts.

I agree with you on something, up to certain point it's better to have more threads than posts as it would diversify the forums, giving it further ability of discussion and dialogue with its members

I don't think it would really be bad to have a lot of posts and some forums. It depends what kind of user you want to be. Do you want to be a thread maker or a poster?

Threads that generate conversation or debate are the best types of threads.

I'd also rather have quality threads over x amount of posts.

Each user is different, some lurk and read, some only reply to threads and others create the threads. You need a good % of each for a forum to be active. Without active thread creators a forum would be so inactive though so you creating lots of threads is awesome for RF! mile:

If i have something informative that i really want to out it i make a thread but for me i usually love posting and responding to threads made and read throughout the forum, but that's just me
