No I don't have the required items to fix it and my pc is literally unable to start in anyway, exept for a USB or disc with windows os. ...

Can't start? Does it atleast post? I'm guessing what you mean is it starts you just can't boot into your os? If it doesn't even post though that's a different story.

It gets me to a blue screen saying something like "you need to repair your pc/device, please input your recovery disc" but I don't have such thing, and its impossible to come past that

Ah easy fix actually. Nothing's wrong with your PC at all it's just the os. If you really want I can help you install windows 7 or ten and create a bootable USB.

I just don't turn it off like u should, play to much games that the computer can't handle etc, this time it was an undetected virus tho...
