Its hard enough to scrape 6000 proxies. He would need to pay also. And with a brake on 10+mins, it would take forever. It's pretty much impossible. I've voted on her. For your fault, OP. You would need to pay, each member to vote. That way, you could easily get lots of votes.

Actually i dont believe it would be *that* difficult. Perhaps an hour or two of coding and testing?

Testing proxies is easy. Thats just a few lines of code depending on the language.

Same with emails. Doesnt look like it requires validation... so just grab a hacked db of legit emails (so they dont look randomly generated)

Then use something like the curl library to make requests/votes to the script with a random delay so the submissions dont look "timed". Again, not a whole lot of code

Anything else im missing? Its not something for a new programmer, but someone with a decent understanding of even php could do this no problem i think?

I'd say even quite new programmer knowing php basics and how to use google could make this. When you can figure out how logically algorithm of program should look, google can give you all necessary functions.

You dont have to provide a email to vote..all you have to do is hit the "vote" button. I realized that i can vote again after about 10 minutes and reloading the page. Does anyone think if i used a TOR Browser that i could possibly just keep clicking the vote button? I really do appreciate you guys trying to help me out even though im new to the site.
