could you search your emails for twitter messages about update to the user policy or try to trigger an email notification and search for it ??? that what i always do :|
Having an account at all means you'll have a certain number of messages containing your username, and almost all email providers or email client have some sort of search function......

I have.....
1 : I couldn't remember the password for my proton account I set up for it and didn't choose a recovery email. (Yes I know)
2 : I tried the recovery email option on the twitter account so many times it switched to contact them....but then I need to get into my proton account.
I think I might just give up on it.
