Well, I changed up some of the hardware following a security flaw found in Intel CPUs (among other factors). Here is an update on Stage One.

There was a slight delay because of major price differences, but I'll be purchasing the CPU today.

So, I might actually build my own CPU, with tiny TTL chips...

Is anyone here really good at soldering and up for being payed to solder really small SMD chips?

EDIT: It's likely gonna be 8 or 16 bit, have 3 modes, single thread and core, and 2-4+ co-processors. Separate memory chips for user, kernel, and intermediate (driver) memory.

I only have a cheap walmart iron, works good for wiring not so much for SMD but here is a video you might enjoy.
