That's exactly why I wouldn't recommend this, I'm pretty sure TA wants to
become a better programmer. Creating everything by yourself is what gives you experience,
not to mention the feeling of satisfaction and your portfolio when you try to get a job
because you made a cms from scratch.

There is nothing wrong with learning how to use other framework before you actually
able to create your own framework. If @The Alchemist don't even know how the
a modern completed framework works and how it helps ease the pain of development,
how can he actually create his own framework. Believe me, they don't hire you
because you can make CMS from scratch. I don't know how your CMS is made.
Is it well-written? Is it secure? Is it extendable? Is it well-commented? I don't
know about the code quality of your CMS and most employer does not have
time to browse all your code. Learning popular framework will guarantee you a
better job opportunity. Most framework try to enforce to follow certain philosophy.
They are sure that if you know how to code in framework that the company is using.
You can start working instantly with them without too much extra training.

is currently working with our own-made framework for several purpose. The
framework was written by me and under-gone many modification over the
course of 2 years. The mistakes that I have made in the framework design was
because I didn't know look at the design of other framework. I just simply
wrote the framework that would work well with the current project.
As project get extended too big, the flaw of the design appeared and I had
to redesign a few times. It is painful and if you don't want walk in my direction
you can follow my advice: "start using other framework, then build your own
or customize other framework to fit your style"

You got a good point. It's indeed a good idea to get familiar with other frameworks, it's not like how I improved my programming style but then who says my approach is the best approach?

Alright, I'll try learning to use laravel @zomgwtfbbq and @invisal
Not sure if I'm gonna use it in my project but I'll learn using it... Laravel is the most commonly used framework these days.. Or maybe Symfony...

And one more thing, I tested gluephp and found some issues regarding passing $_GET variables... So, I'm not gonna use gluePHP, instead, I'll be using Toro
It syntax is almost the same as GluePHP and the problem regarding passing $_GET variables are solved in it...
