Morning Or Evening Person? 12-16-2017, 04:26 PM

I'm a night owl, because I focus and function better in the night time. I'm not a morning person and have a hard time waking up early in the mornings.
Are you a morning or evening person?
Best Regards,
Jim Carroll

I've never been a morning person. No matter how much sleep I get, I feel terrible when first waking up.
When I'm not working the following day, my average time going to bed Is around 3am.

I'm an evening person no matter what day it is. I don't know what it is but I just like the evening 'feel'. Usually in the mornings I feel horrible if I either get to much sleep or to little sleep so I have to stay on point with that and I hate it.

I'm both lol. I go to sleep late and function well at night, and get out of bed 5 seconds after waking up and function well then as well.
I get really tired midday though.

I'm a nocturnal type of person. The night/darkness puts me in a productive and calm mood.

In addition to my above post, I slept for 7 hours straight last night (which Is a lot for me) and woke up for work at 6am feeling terrible.
I wish I could eliminate mornings altogether.
