Money or Love 12-29-2015, 03:19 PM

Yes, I am hitting you guys with a big fat fuck you.
What would you rather have, money or love?
My answer:
Although money is a really good thing, it maybe can even buy you love, it is not my answer. Money is a cool thing to have, you can do whatever the hell you want and most likely get away with doing whatever you want. You can buy things, maybe even better things than other people. All together, money will let you be the 'better' human being.
Love though, love is really hard to find. When I say love, I mean true love, like a bigger bond than you and your parents. I want love, I already have love. It is a complicated answer, but it is hard to go on with your day knowing only family loves you, maybe they don't even love you. I would want love because love automatically buys happiness.
Poseidon.
Once you let one conquer you, all will conquer you.

I think a Bob Marley quote sums this up perfectly for me
"Money is numbers and numbers never end. If it takes money to be happy, your search for happiness will never end."

In my very honest opinion, I would much rather have Love than currency. It branches off into very detailed sections, like one of those either.io choices where you either live in a rich mansion alone, or live with your loved ones in the same home. You are right. Money can make someone the better person. You could grow many things, but to just let down my other family members or the people whom I desire to be with would break my heart, because my heart is not gold. As a child I always dreamed of sailing the islands filled with treasures, but to it, there would be my family members with me on that journey. There would always be a way where your parents would come into your every thought. I know that because they're the ones who can grown me into what I am, and I'm slowly becoming an independent person so I can really show them how I want to enjoy the rest of their lives. Because money can't buy that great of a fortune to be with your loved ones.
TL;DR: Love>Money overall

Depends the type of love I guess.
If it's lets say, My mother's love VS Money, I'd choose her. She has given her life to me, that's worth a lot more than what money could buy.
If it's love as in a relationship with someone, I'd choose a large amount of money. At this time and age this so called "Love" doesn't last longer than a 3 years.
There are a few billion other females in the world. Better to lose one that won't stay there for more than a few years rather than working 5 days a week 8 hours a day for 50 years of your life and worrying about your debts.
There's this saying though it's in Spanish:
"Cuando el hambre entra por la puerta, el amor sale por la ventana"
(When hunger comes through your door, love goes out the window)

Love because money will just run out one day however love is forever and it's more rewarding having love than money. Money is only paper which allows you to get things, love is a connection between people which gives you understanding between each other
