Let's not forget what happened the last time that the British tried telling the US what to do.

You know how many stories ive heard of people getting killed because of this.

Yeah, guns do scare some people. That's not my problem. Nobody forces anybody to be around guns. If you don't like them, there are two ways to ban yourself. Either just don't buy one, or send a letter to ATF informing them that you feel you're not capable of managing such a right.

Encouragement > control. Here we hate control. The job of government is to protect your rights, not decide how straight you can pull a trigger.

Lol, convicts dont start using after they convicted, ex-criminals dont use guns AFTER they are legally labelled criminal lol common.
But then again thats my wish and its a workable system for all, but then again im not a politician or lawmaker but hope to be.

You are innocent UNLESS proven guilty, not until, and certainly not the other way around. Beyond that, having herpes doesn't disqualify you from owning a gun. We have something called the 14th amendment. It requires that nobody can take your rights without the due process of law. As in, you go to trial. Are you saying that doctors should be prosecuting their patients because they're depressed and thus they shouldnt own a gun? I can see that becomming something where now we've got a public health crisis because everyone is afraid of losing their right to live, not be in prison, vote, etc and so nobody goes to the doctor for care they may actually need.
