Contact them, vent your frustration and ask why a reply Is yet to be received for one month to date- after they keep advising that It will be resolved In 24 hours.

Tell them that you will not get off the phone until you receive confirmation there and then. If need be, request the call be escalated to senior management and remain on the line.
