It's currently disabled, as sometimes people intend to make multiple posts. I can re-enable it, though as you guys have noted the default is 60 seconds.

Double posting is against the rules though. What benefit would someone have from doing it (except perhaps acquiring more nsp) ? Re-enabling it would be nice. The multi quote feature is there but I always neglect to use it plus more threads to move on to with less manual organization
