As a guy, how do you take care of your mental health?

Theres things that i think about constantly and at times they get me down. Lowkey apart from your mum who else ACTUALLY cares about things guys go through ?

I'm a strong supporter of people using their community mental health services for access to things like psychiatry or therapy if they're not able to afford it on their own.

Most communities within the US will have some degree of mental health services available, though in some cases it may be in a larger city within the area.

Talk to someone: Find a trusted friend, family member, or therapist to talk to about what's going on. It's important to have a support system and to not bottle up your feelings.
Practice self-care: Make sure you're taking care of yourself physically and emotionally. Get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and do things you enjoy.
Challenge negative thoughts: When you catch yourself thinking negatively, try to challenge those thoughts and replace them with more positive ones.

I think Amazon has a subscription service that covers mental health (limited).
