Well around London it's £7,300 a kilo, so 35 ounces to a kilo, that's £208 an ounce. 80%+ of UK cannabis is grown within the UK, illegally of course. So it'll be a little higher depending on the scale of their operation and their area.

That's a pretty high price when you convert it to Canadian dollars. You pay $380 for the same thing I pay $200 for.

Well I had my first joint last night. I took it all down, held it there and smoked properly, but I didn't feel anything. The girls around me seemed pretty baked. I wonder if it's to do with me having poor blood circulation. The one 'effect' I did have was whilst talking, one word turned to gibberish without me realising until after.

You'll here from several people that you don't get high the first time you smoke. It can go either way, have the best high you'll ever have, or not get high at all.

I smoke like every other week and after a few ups and downs I seem to have a stable, mellow high now. Depending on the strain of course. I usually smoke blue cheez or English mainly, but whatever comes my way will do.

Had a lot of shit on my mind recently and haven't been able to chill out, that's why I like mellow highs.

You're partly correct, but to be honest there's multiple factors in the price of an ounce, the type of strain (OG, Kush, etc.) or not, who your dealer is, and where you are located. I can get some real OG Alaskan thunderfuck for around the same price as any other strain for about $215ish per ounce.
