• ProgressBar
  
• Timer
  

Steps:

1. Under Button1_Click add: Timer1.start()
   
2. Under Button2_Click add: Timer1.stop()
   
3. Under timer1_tick add: Progressbar1.increment(+1)
   

What it should look like when you're finished:

Good tutorial.
You should make one with custom control so they can make their application more HQ than that ugly old progress bar.
