I'm a drop out of a lame for-profit college.

Thinking along these lines, Is a significant contributing factor to failure.

Who says you need an Institute to formulate your success? I haven't attended one single minute In IT/computing education, but by no means does that define or reflex my knowledge and capacity In the computational sector. A positive attitude makes all the difference between success and defeat.

It's not about my ability.
I'm good at programming. Really.

It's about my sphere of influence being limited.

It's what most people would call "immature". It's that my product is not famous, can't be famous. Well known by many people. It's not about this bubbled definition of success.

And Jack Dorsey (co-creator of Twitter) was a college dropout...

It really sounds like you're just trying to get attention.

College cultured still.
Facebook  was a college exclusive service initially.
Twitter trickled down through college frat boys.

In order for an internet service to be worth a billion dollars, in order for it to carry a titanic level of prestige, it's got to be accepted by mainstream college lefties.
No, valve and microsoft both got created way after the creators dropped out of colledge. Tge ideas didnt even exist in colledge yet the creators are very well known and billionairs

Their names: Bill Gates and Gaben Newell

And the greatest fuel in our economy is EVERYONE THAT BELIEVE THEY ARE THE EXCEPTION TO THE RULE.
BTW... I'm talking about "Fuck your bitch" corporations. Apple is a prime example over Microsoft. Valve? Fuck valve, and I'm pretty sure they run the same rep as every other big game industry company. They've got to, it's the laws of physics.

Have you maybe thought your product is not worth using?

Make a product that people want and it will become known.

Also what rule?

have you heard the unjust story of how many products ARE worth using but aren't popular enough?
wtf? why do you keep trying to come up with a solution. I'm just whining ITT. We all know how this shit works.
There's no magic naruto formula for success, eclipse. The world isn't fair.

It's very much like real-estate. you can't be a mega investor and builder just because you want to and there's a straight path of "try hard". There are pre-existing forces of social order and state-backed laws that ground the current people in power.
I thought internet culture would be different, but not quite so much if you want to reach "mainstream" everyday people.

Wrong.

If you create something good enough, with some marketing you can get yourself out there. All big companies need to start somewhere.

If you just make a product, nothing will happen. You need to do some marketing, use google ads, facebook ads, talking to random people in the street... Whatever works.

tldr:

Learn marketing. You probably suck at it.

You're putting your failure on somthing else because you cant accept that you or your product isnt good enough to be successful.

I know the world isnt fair but success and failure are not determined by college prestiege.
Quit blaming somthing other than your self because you failed

Also trying hard is a big part of it but you also have to be creative and open to dropping bad ideas also improve your marketing skills and dont give up at the firsr bump in the road.

Can I also just make a point. If you truly, genuinely believe that you're limited by your college. Then why are you not working a bunch of jobs, earning money, and trying to get into a prestigious university? If you truly think that's the ONLY possible way to make your product successful, then why aren't you doing it? Also, why can't you pitch your ideas to students at big universities? Find a business partner who does have access to those benefits.

You say "Success"
I'm saying "be one of the most powerful influential imperializing forces on the planet"

I'm sorry kids. It's not because my product isn't good enough. LoL.
You're missing the point I'm making about the world.

Your arguement is stilled flawed college wont decide if you get to that point or not.

Anyways we ofc are not going to agree on the subject.
