As i promised some users to send them money as a gift after the coding competition,paypal don't have Lebanon in there list so i couldn't do it.
But i felt bad about this and kept searching for a way because i promised i'll send them the reward, while searching on google i found a website called paypallebanon.net in this website there's a form you need to fill and they say they will create you a paypal acount in the UK or US i forgot , anw in this form ou need to put all the info about ur card and i did it.
am afraid the site will be fake .How am i supposed to know and what can i do .

it indeed is the best solution from that enormous list, what made me the most suspicious was the fact that he uses a WHOIS guard, to protect against anything that could lead to him.

So, transfer the money, as said, and try finding someone trustworthy who will then make you an account.

I'm not scared i loose my money + i don't have a lot of money in it .It's just that now my card isn't safe anymore and i can't keep money in it.
