It's 100% possible and it's called a hackintosh. The only tips i'd give you is that you should for sure make sure you aren't using AMD as there are loads of compatibility issues that have a bunch of random patches. Look up some youtube tutorials for this there are plenty.

I done this, it sucked so bad. The software kept crashing and didn't boot on a brand new PC. I may try a different ISO file. I'm not sure if it was my ISO. It was also insanely slow and laggy.

I'm having some doubts about this now actually.
The Rainmeter thing that arranges the icons in a line like Mac would do it for me actually

You'd need an all Intel build basically to build a Hackintosh.
I'd also suggest not making your PC look like a Mac. If you truly want a Mac, you'd be better off purchasing an older laptop. The idea of making your machine look like another machine is stupid.
You could use a virtual machine though.
