Always wanted to try this but I think I'm too lazy to do the journal haha. But I think I've had a few semi-lucid or lucid dreams before in my life.

What is it like when you open your eyes in SP, do you see things? That'd be cool!

I've had a couple dozen lucid dreams throughout the course of my life. I manually triggered them with fewer steps though. May look into trying your method out soon.
I lay in my bed, (arms at my sides, etc etc) like any normal person would, and wait until I start feeling my feet fall asleep. Then within a short time after the rest of your body should start going to sleep, from your feet to your head. I pinch my index fingernail into my palm sometimes just so I know I'm still awake (after a while you realize you don't really feel it anymore - helping you notice you're dreaming) and I go from there.
It's pretty awesome, especially since it's your dream and you know it's your dream, you can usually decide on the landscape (i.e your surroundings) and everything like that.
I'll be sure to try out your method within the next couple weeks. :-)

Seemed pretty interesting until you mentioned "Sleep Paralysis" I don't believe I've had a lucid dream, and if I have it's not been an amazing one!

I've freaked out in sleep paralysis. Scariest thing that can happen to you.

Freaky stuff man.
Instructions make it seem hard, I hope it isn't.
I'll be trying this tonight.
Wish me luck.
