In this Tutorial I will be showing you how to make a thread divider like this.



First press File > New > 650x40 > Transparent

Now select the line tool and make a line how ever long you want it to be, but make sure it's 1 pixel wide. Make it's color Dark Grey or Black.

Add a drop shadow to it like this. Make sure you have the color on white and the blend mode normal.



Now go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur > set that to whatever you would like.

Now you're done! Feel free to add more light and Icons if you want!
