Love Vs Hate 08-07-2016, 03:38 PM

Which, in your opinion, is the stronger emotion out of the two?
Two examples I'd like to give before we start;
Love - People can love someone so much they'll kill themselves for their loved ones.
Hate - People can hate someone so much, they resort to murder.

I say love. I think love is the strongest raw emotion there is. I was actually just thinking about this the other day while taking the bus. I was just amazed at how strong love is and what it can make people do. If you ask majority of people what they treasure most, it's family. I know not everyone's family is the most stable, but for a lot of us we get to grow up with people who by default love us to the fullest extent with out even having to earn it, and we get to share that love back for no reason at all but because you're family and blood. That's something to be extremely grateful for. And then I just think about all the insane things I'd do for my family and family only. Just knowing deep down you have this support and protection system at your fingertips that would go to Hell and back with you if it meant your safety, people that you can share anything with without judgement, and people who when no one else seems to care or be on your side, will welcome you back with excitement. And for most of us, we spend much our lives looking for more people to love.

They're about the same, just on the opposite side of the spectrum. (OBVIOUSLY)

I've taken negativity out of the equation, therefore my life's choices and emotions are based on the positive side of things.
Based on this, I think my answer Is quite obvious.

They balance themselves out pretty evenly, I'd say.
