So recently i found a great collection of E-books from this site like here: https://sinister.ly/Thread-Computer-Science-eBooks and i was wondering what would be a good way to view these eBooks, i want a black background so its easier on the eyes, i've never liked reading books from my computer so i never looked into any e-reader type things, as always i like to come here first before i start my research, thank you all!

If you want a device that's standalone for eBooks I would recommend the Amazon Kindle. If you are not looking for their latest model you can get a slightly dated model without paying a super high price.
