And not photoshop express, I didn't like it

Paint.net (easiest and most productive)
Affinity photo or design (A bit harder but worth to learn it)
Gimp

Thanks but I'm looking for something with just filters and basic options.
Something fast that I can use for small and quick changes.
At the moment I use this site in addition to Photoshop and Final cut.
