Looking For Partner | Website Construction

Hello guys, I am looking for 1 or 2 people that know a thing or two in PHP/HTML/MySQL. I have a site and I want to get this actually started. Design is mostly done, I just need an admin panel. Something to make it easier to post leaks so you don't have to edit the code every time.
The person I choose gets credit along with me.
Please post explaining why you are good for this project, Thanks!

Design or functionality (or both): The main point of this website is to post all new leaked content. I did not make the theme, I took it from scetch.net because it looked nice. It was a project for me and my other friend but then he went inactive and I just stopped working on it.

I just need an overall partner. Someone that is experienced with PHP/HTML/MySQL

I can do HTML mostly, no experience with php or mysql.

Umm, creating an Admin Control Panel should be easy, you just need a design and a little functionality. But other than that, you might want to look into your site display. For one, there is quite a few spelling errors in your Terms of Service which is required to be accepted before you can view the site. After going down to the /leaks/blackhat/ directory and hitting the back link it took me to a 404 at /leaks/blackhat/\leaks
