I'd love to hear how a receptor antagonist selectively kills cancer cells and no other cells when no material has been found to do that.

Well, it wouldn't be the first time I heard a pothead make that argument... Don't get me wrong though, I think it's perfectly fine to smoke it in general. I just think it's pathetic all these potheads say it's the miracle cure for cancer or try to explain how it's beneficial to your body.

By smoking marijuana you do not absorb enough of these substances to even make a change, so there are studies around marijuana, but they don't involve you getting high to cure your cancer or whatever.

You're extrapolating, which isn't the way the world works. Tamiflu kills some forms of viral infection, that doesn't mean that it will kill cancer.

You breath in more radiation every day then you'll get from fertilizer.
You see all the shit going on with people protecting their beliefs that they can own a tool for killing stuff? Yeah, if anyone tries to ban alcohol, something that has been used and abused for almost three times as long as firearms, it'll be an even stronger response.

Don't kid yourself, marijuana doesn't cure cancer, and you don't smoke it because you have cancer. There is no cure for cancer yet and if marijuana was the cure, don't you think they would provide more cancer patients with it?
