Umm other way around, dictatorship not anarchy. Anarchy is no gov and no rules, dictatorship in disguise as socialisim is what is similiar to most countries, too many restrictions to "protect" the people.

Anarchism would be absolute freedom (or liberty). A dictatorship generally takes away all liberty, while it might offer security.

In my opinion, a real democracy is better because that way both the people and gov are in charge.

Come on, we all have to give up a little liberty for our own benefit. I mean, we can use airplane security for an example. Now tell me, would you still fly an airplane with no security because they don't want to breach anyone's rights?
