You're supposed to contact me prior to any form of advertising (if you believe it should be exempt from the rules). It's not open for discussion unless you do so. That said, it's staff job to delete and warn anyone who does advertise. We've had plenty of cases of people trying to advertise competing sites and we prefer to avoid any hostilities.
