[Legion Leak] Doxing With Facebook #1
This post is leaked from the premium section of "Legion" on the competing hack forum. There will be 5 new leaks a day. There may be some format problems due to UTF8 character encoding.

A lot of people don't know how simple this method really is. Most people want to dox someone they've found on the Internet, or on Xbox LIVE. We'll use the Xbox LIVE victim for this example.

So, say you're having some problems with a kid on Xbox and you want to give him a scare. So you'll first look at his profile on Xbox and see if it gives away any information like his first name or state of residence.

If so, this just got easier for us!

Open a notepad file and name it dox.txt or something similar to keep all your facts straight. Include information as you discover it.

What you'll first want to do is get the person into your Xbox LIVE lobby or party. You'll use a packet sniffing tool to obtain their IP address, then use this website to trace it:
http://www.ip-tracker.org/locator/ip-lookup.php?ip=

After you've found out their city, state, and ISP, you just narrowed this down quite a bit.

After adding that information to your text document, you'll want to Google their GamerTag and see if they've mentioned it from their Facebook account or have other accounts online with the same username. Once you find those other accounts, you can check them out and see if they display a date of birth or any other personal information like a name. The best way to find a person's name is to catch them posting it somewhere on another website.

An alternate way to get their name that may require a little finesse, is talking to their friends on Xbox. A lot of people are on a first name basis with their friends online so you could pick up their name from one of their comrades. A lot of people also refer to their friends by their last names, so this is even better if you can catch that happening.

Once you have their name and location, it's time to head over to Facebook.

Once there, you'll want to type whatever part of their name into the search bar as you can. For this example, we'll just pretend to dox someone named Tim Smith from Portland, Oregon.

You'll want to establish a fake Facebook profile if you haven't already, preferably a female so you can further the dox as soon as you find them.

You'll go ahead and type their name and city, State into the search bar and click the bottom link as shown here:

You'll then be able to see a list of people with Facebooks in that area and use your deductive reasoning to decide which is the player you're actually after. If he's talking shit on Call of Duty, chances are he's not a 47 year old electrician. He's probably the kid with greasy hair that works at KFC.

After you've located the profile, check the "About" tab to gather additional information, then send them a friend request from your fake account. After they accept it, you'll be able to see their photos, friends, and even message them for their phone number if it isn't already posted on their page!

There used to be a much more advanced way of doing this but since Facebook just changed the layout I have not fully figured out how to do it again. As soon as I do, I'll update this.

I understand this is just a very basic tutorial but a lot of people don't realize just how public and vulnerable their information really is!

Thanks for reading, happy hacking!
