Leaving home, gathering funds, earning an income. How did you do it? 10-14-2013, 07:39 PM

I'm generally curious as how everyone else went about leaving home (For those who have)
And for those that still live with their parent/parents, have you ever considered leaving?
I'd like this to a be a serious thread, so try to keep posts OP related.

Well, I cannot leave my house due to age. If I WAS to leave my house doe, I'd most likely have to work 3 jobs just to sustain myself(I use electricity like a bitch + food and stuff like that).

I plan on living with my mom until I finish high school, but if you want to move out try smaller towns around you they tend to be a lot cheaper to live in

I couldn't sustain living on my own. Full time student while also a full time athlete. There is literally no time to work a job. And if you could work a job, you wouldn't make nearly enough to fund yourself. I won't be moving out any time soon. Outside of living in an apartment at school.
