well for a start i only use facebook to login into some apps.

rarely use instagram... my only social media is whatsapp, so i guess is quite easy... atleast for me.

i think it would be easy im young but an old soul i have a facebook account and a few of the other big platforms but i dont really use them my wife even uses my phone more than i do so you just have to think about your gains and losses personally i have no want to know about other people or their life's i have my own why should i care about others for the younger generation its a little harder as they were born into the know every aspect of everyone's lifes world if you really want to leave social media do it companies will have less dirt on you anyway.

I can't fathom why people share their life on Facebook at the disposal of the entire globe.
It's ridiculous to say the least.

i didnt login my fb long long time ago man even forget the password ,i left fb and jump on instagram with fake image ...just use insta in free time to check out some memes..

in one word social media was implement for communication but fb , instagram , gave so much feature like video , live case all that fuck keep user connected,,,, it all about money no one think about there life...

social media is helpfull in reveal corrupt and bad people and helping poor too..

I actually have a matured fake Facebook account of a random female with 300+ friends, of whom I befriended (SEd) without knowing who they are.

I use It for SEing purposes, which Is quite an Interesting experience.

I used to have several accounts when I was a teen, but since I got older, I found it pretty easy to delete them and move on. The worst bit is knowing there will be stuff out there about you. When you're 13, you don't realise what that really means.

It was really easy, First I muted all notifications then I removed them on my phone....

From 3-4 hours a day reduced to only 20-30 minutes a day unless I'm chating with a friend for something important only.

The worst bit is knowing there will be stuff out there about you.

That's one reason why I've never In all my computing years, shared any type of personal Information online.

Even when accounts are deleted, anyone could've copied/downloaded your Info beforehand, which can be redistributed at any time by someone with malicious Intent.

tbh i only have a twitter, instagram & discord, i don't post anything private so i should be fine lol
