You probably need to install gcc then. Are you running Linux or Windows? If Linux, I'll assume you're on Ubuntu so try:

sudo apt-get install gcc

In that case I recommend MinGW. Install this and the gcc command should be available.

I also suggest installing an IDE (Integrated Development Environment). My favorite is Code::Blocks. If you go this route, don't separately install MinGW as you can get it bundled with Code::Blocks.

Thanks you for the answer but I have already installed MinGW. I Already checked "bin" folder ,but no problem found here...Sad

You need to edit your PATH variable so that the operating system knows where to find the gcc program, thus allowing you to run it from the command-line. Step-by-step instructions can be found here. Scroll down to the "Environment Settings" section.
