Seems Suspicious from here, 2 files included, 1 txt and 1 pdf, the txt file is filled with random shit to make the file size larger and the pdf is now scanned via hybrid-analysis.com

Files of this nature can have malware binded, so yes they can be malicious.

I'm not Implying It's the case here (I haven't analyzed It), but more so stating a fact.
