Yeah I tried that. This is one of those BS unsolvable windows issues that you spend 10 hours googling for a fix for and it ends up being something ridiculously simple. FML. Ive tried all of the obvious solutions. I have no idea what is causing this. Really starting to test my patience and make me question my own abilities at anything. =)

Forget that VM altogether. Create a new VM with only the bare essentials Installed and run the tool on that. If that fails, Install a different VM to what you're currently using and/or another Windows Edition and architecture.

I had an Inkling It may be an Issue with the environment In which the tool Is executed, hence my suggestion to try It on a new VM altogether.
