Just find some screenshots on Google, it is a very popular proxy scraper and has a in-built proxy checker.
This is the premium version and I have been using this for a few days now to scrape elite proxies.

It scrapes very fast 5000+ proxies depending on what urls you scrape from and allows you to filter the proxies when exporting on for example http/elite , http/anonymous etc.
