Wonder if its an inside leak or not. Either way someone will be seriously reprimanded at work.

I would share the RAR file containing all of the leaked content, but it was taken down sometime yesterday, and I didn't download it myself. But I'm sure it can be found somewhere.
And it looks like the hacker is beginning to share source code. 10K lines of it specifically.

it's true Rockstar confirmed about it! they wrote down a message about it on their twitter
But don't think the graphisme will look like this.
This is some pictures taken from the "development engine" of the game (RAGE)
The assets are designed to consume low RAM to allow the developper to work

Unfortunately the video I saw was DMCA'd. From what I saw the graphics were only mildly better than GTA 5.
