Do you mean the styles for how they're drawn? There definitely seems to a be a stylistic difference, but as to a resource that explores those differences... I'm not so sure.

You could find tutorials and patreon accounts where professional artists look into this, but I'm not so sure about a website. If you do find anything, please be sure to share it with us! I'd love to see it.

Manga has become more and more colorful and with good artwork. Seven years ago I couldn't read any manga because of its drawings.

Most of the anime are based on the manga, manga being 2 dimensional image mostly rely on shading and colours to provide depth.
Anime being 3 dimensional art form with motion, sound recreate its own world.
Mostly they both feel similar to avoid confusion among the viewers.

Mangas are great, could convey the story quicker than anime. Manga design mostly depends on the shadow effect to create 3D feel. Whereas anime has whole lot of technology in its arsenal such as sound, motion etc. Nowadays mostly manga and anime design looks the same.
