Real size is in the 20 - 28mbs because newer and older versions

Download and upload of the zip file from Mega, which is where that bitly links to.
In their own virustotal link it shows it's behaviour sets explorer hidden files variable in registry to 2 which hides files marked for hidden, it also appears to download/run (one or both of the two) a dll for XMRig.

All of the dll files included with the zip return as being malicious as well.
Whether that's due to it being a hack tool maker or not, usually it will at least say HackTool in one of the results, here they all appear to state Trojan, etc.
