After installion CCleaner and download key, extract CCleanerKey.zip and copy 2 files in this directory to CCleaner directory (normally in C:\Program File\CCleaner)

You're missing the CCleanerKey file download. Please upload asap also, If I have CCleaner already installed, do I have to uninstall it then reinstall it to have the key working or, am I right to just drop the 2 files in the directory of CCleaner?

Irrespective when the Installation took place, simply add the keys as Instructed- In the default Installation directory.
