It's not classed as an AV per se, so you can run It alongside any Antivirus without compatibility Issues. Be mindful that due to the fact that Malwarebytes also detects a broad range of viruses (and obviously malware), It's not as effective as an AV. The latter focuses on specifics, hence an Antivirus' detection rate Is far better.

MBAM Is contributed by referencing the official site, so obviously there's no cause for concern there.

As for the keygen, due to the nature of the tool, some AVs may flag It as malicious when It Is In fact a false positive detection.
