The security of Latin American countries in general is very precarious. I would like to say that this varies in North America, but it is not.
Today I have for sale a database of 424 GB of Mexican data, including their ID, names, surnames and any other information that is on the ID. In fact, what I have are their "DNI" in photos. In some cases, it is better to have their voting credentials that contain their address in detail.

In short, the price is low, since this is a situation of "A thief who steals from a thief is forgiven for a hundred years."
Below I leave a small sample of what was compromised, I am also aware of several critical vulnerabilities of interesting data breaches, check the price only if you expect to buy.
