[Ultimatum]

I just found this awesome Tweak/Tool yesturday, on my iOS Device.

iKeyMoonitor, is the program called, it is located in the BigBoss repo, so everyone with the standard repo's can get this easily!

About:

iKeyMonitor is an iOS Keylogger for iPad, iPhone, iPodTouch and any other iOS devices that logs keystrokes(available soon), websites, screenshots and automatically sends the logs to you by email or FTP. iKeyMonitor aims to monitor and track the user activities taken place on target Apple devices.

The main logging features of iKeyMonitor include tracking websites, printing screen and recording keystrokes (developing).

-Log Keystrokes typed
-Log Websites visited in Safari
-Capture screenshots in any interval
-Send logs to Email/FTP automatically
-Secretly Monitoring in stealth mode
-Work on iPad/iPhone/iPodTouch
-Password Protected

How to Download and use:

1. Open up Cydia

2. Search for iKeyMonitor

3. Install the tweak and Respring

4. Now open up Safari and type http://8888 or :8888 or localhost:8888 to access the Keylogger.

PS: Mind you that installing this isn't silent, unless you install it and jailbreak the device secretly, will then you have a good way to hide the keylogger.

What does this exactly do? Just record all your keystrokes and passwords on YOUR iDevice?

To be honest, isn't it kinda useless though?
I mean, unless you're keylogging yourself, it seems strange that you'd jailbreak an iDevice, install this, then expect people to not see it and never remove it. Especially when they have access to Cydia, and settings. If you were to lock those out with your own password, that's a bit extreme.
