Keeping an open mind when trying new food. Nah, I'll keep my eating schedule like it is for the most part.
I mean, if I would keep an open mind, the shit I would try would blow some minds. For example, one of the most famous foods here in Iceland is very smelly, I mean, you think weed gets smelly, you just need to take one small bite out of the bag and put it into the room while smoking and your dog wouldn't be able to smell the weed.
Here it goes; Shark. For the first, the smell is terrible and really, really strong. The next thing is that shark don't piss. So when they are killed, amoniak spreads through their body and you need to ferment that shit. That is done by letting the shark lie in a mold (dig into the ground) and let be there for 1-3 months.
Keeping an open mind is good and all but... even that has limits.

I wouldn't say sushi is exactly my favorite dish out there, but i don't mind it all that much. At first the idea of eating raw fish disgusted me, but now i don't seem to mind. I generally have an open mind about food, but chicken liver. fuck. does anyone here like chicken liver? Its the only thing i cannot stand at all. ughh.
Speaking of cooking, anyone here watched shokugeki no soma? xD if not, i recommend it :p
